ABOUT BiG MINISTRY
Big is a nonprofit faith-based mentorship program that offers one-on-one mentorship and discipleship for kids. We are dedicated to raising awareness about the need for positive role models in children's lives. Our program provides a platform for kids to connect with mentors who can guide and support them through life's challenges. Through our mentorship and discipleship initiatives, we aim to make a positive impact on the mental well-being of children and adolescents. We also accept donations to support our cause and make a difference in the lives of young individuals in need.
Our team at BiG is committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where children can thrive. We believe in the power of mentorship to inspire and empower young minds just like Jesus did to so many (mainly His twelve-disciples).

All volunteers must pass a thorough background check plus an interview process with one of our board members. Once all is clear and complete each volunteer goes through an in-person training before paired with a child.
Once all their training is complete, BiG will then connect an adult (Mentor) with a child (Mentee) based on each application. This process is well planned and prayed over to help ensure a great fit. From there, we have a 60-day commitment to see how the connection between the pair works before our long-term committed mentorship begins.
