BiG Ministry would not be available if it weren't for the amazing volunteers who share the same heart and vision. Each volunteer (Mentor) is interviewed, clear of an extensive background check, trained and paired with a child from our Team of Coordinators! Once paired, each volunteer (Mentor) weekly communicates with their assigned child (Mentee) and gets together for in-person hang-outs monthly. Each conversation and hang-out is always poiting kids (Mentee's) to Jesus!
