The Bible – The Holy Scriptures are the inspired and infallible Word of God, serving as the foundation for faith, truth, and righteous living.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17)
God – There is one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
(Matthew 28:19)
Jesus – Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and offers salvation to all who believe in Him.
(John 3:16, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
Salvation – Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works, and is available to all who accept Him as Lord and Savior.
(Ephesians 2:8-9)
Holy Spirit – The Holy Spirit dwells within believers, guiding, equipping, and empowering them to live according to God’s will.
(John 14:26, Galatians 5:22-23)
The Church – The Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, serve others, and share the Gospel with the world.
(Matthew 28:19-20)
Our Calling – We are committed to mentoring children with love, wisdom, and biblical principles, helping them develop character, leadership, and a strong faith foundation to navigate life with confidence and integrity.
(Proverbs 22:6, Mark 16:15)
The Family – We believe that God established the family as the foundational institution of society. According to Scripture, marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to unite one biological man and one biological woman, and it is the proper context for intimacy and the raising of children. We affirm the value and dignity of every person while upholding God’s design for marriage, family, and human flourishing as revealed in His Word.
(Genesis 1:27, Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4–6, Ephesians 5:31–33)
Core Values

People Over Programs
Relationships always come before events, materials, or systems.
What this means in practice:
-
We choose what best serves kids, families, and mentors, not what looks impressive.
-
If a purchase or event doesn’t strengthen relationships or the program, we pause.
-
We value presence, consistency, and trust over production.
Decision filter question:
Does this help people connect more deeply?
Faithful, Not Flashy
We pursue excellence with integrity, humility, and stewardship.
What this means in practice:
-
We spend donor funds wisely and responsibly.
-
We avoid unnecessary upgrades, trends, or ego-driven decisions.
-
We prioritize long-term impact over short-term excitement.
Decision filter question:
Is this faithful stewardship—or just flashy?
Always About the One
Every decision reflects the value of a single child.
What this means in practice:
-
We never lose sight of the individual child behind the numbers.
-
Safety, consistency, and personal impact matter more than scale.
-
Growth is important—but never at the expense of care.
Decision filter question:
Would we still choose this if it only helped one child?
